DISCRIMINATION & SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY

A healthy & productive educational community is one in which students, faculty & all staff treat each other with mutual respect. Such a community requires on atmosphere free of discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, ancestry, or military service. Sexual harassment, a discrimination based on sex clearly endangers such an atmosphere and is not tolerated at Chanakya College. We take any discrimination or sexual harassment case very seriously & a committee is set up to investigate on the whole incident & take strict actions against the ones at fault.
